Sticks and Stones
The message here is to stop bullying and teasing and think about each other’s feelings. The intent is to remove any desire to tease others and to ease the minds of victims of bullying. This comes from the saying “Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”
The saying can help you feel strong, but you have to have strength already for that to work. The reason is, words can hurt. We are all human and have emotions.
No one should ever feel or be made to feel like they are lesser than another. Be who you are, that’s what makes you YOU!

That said, don’t forget that bullying and teasing happens with adults as well, even in the workplace.
Situation
Bullies themselves should have this design to help them change their ways. As with anything, the ultimate cure is to rid yourself of the desire to do things that hurt others.
